This is Hailey's 2nd year coach for STMA JO Volleyball. She started her volleyball career 11 years ago playing our STMA YDT program, and then STMA JO, and then finishing her club career at Crossfire. While in high school, she played all four years in the STMA High School program before graduating in 2017.

 After graduation, she attended Bemidji State University studying Elementary Education with a pre-primary endorsement and a psychology minor. She was also participated in the club volleyball program at BSU where she played, coached and led a self-coached team. Hailey moved back to St. Michael last winter. After graduating from BSU in 2020, she accepted her first teaching job in Waverly, MN teaching 4th grade. When not playing volleyball, she is either making cards, scrapbooking, nannying, or facetiming with friends. She is very excited to share her playing and coaching experience with the STMA program this year!

Joy is a Media Technology Specialist for Meadowvale Elementary in the Elk River School District. She is in her 15th year of teaching. This will be her third season with the STMA JO Program and we are lucky to have her. Volleyball has been a huge part of Joy’s life since 7th grade. She enjoys coaching and instilling the passion for the sport in others. She has met some very important people in my life through the sport of volleyball. She has also been able to travel to many different places either playing or coaching volleyball. She resides in Albertville with my husband and three boys.

Volleyball and coaching has been a passion for Estee since she started playing at a very young age for St. Michael-Albertville. Estee played STMA JO and high school ball until she graduated in 2006. Estee played rugby in college, but continued to play indoor and outdoor volleyball in her free time. She started her coaching career for STMA JO’s in 2010 and is excited to still be with this program. She also coached Roger’s 9th grade team and for Club Velocity. She truly enjoys being around not only the sport, but the girls and their families. Estee believes in working hard, building skills, being teammates, building leaders, and becoming the best athletes and people you can be. Estee is looking forward to another fun, exciting and competitive season! We are ONE TEAM!
